I had my PayPal hacked somewhere around a month ago. I changed all my information as suggested by PayPal, and added 2FA. I then get a notification from PayPal telling me I need to verify my identity with some form of insurance? I don't own any form of insurance, I don't own anything that can be insured. I'm unemployed and I don't travel.
I can't use my PayPal account for anything now and I can't make a new account. What do I do?
