I can't do anything on my account

Hi I need help please,

Recently I refunded some of my Paypal payments due some suspicious activity on my Google account. Meanwhile, I asked my bank (bank account is linked to my Paypal) to refund as well. Both my bank and Paypal gave me refunds. I settled the refund Paypal gave me so now I owe Paypal, in order to settle the money I got given but wasn't mine. However, I can't add money to Paypal to settle the difference or delete my debit card. I can't use Paypal to send me a payment order or something like it. I can't use the services of Paypal in general.. Please someone help! It's like my account is frozen or something.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
