I ordered an item and received something totally different. Label says it's from NJ. I of course asked for a refund and I'm told I have to pay for return shipping to CHINA before they will refund. I don't feel that I should have to pay return shipping when they messed up! NOW, I can not even respond without posting a tracking number which will never exist because I'm not paying that shipping charge! How do I get around that? I just need to respond again.
