I'm trying to report a problem with one of my transactions, but this is a somewhat more involved case and does not fall into the streamlined reporting process that Paypal has built. No matter what option I choose, I eventually get to a point where I cannot proceed because none of the listed options is relevant. I need a means of reporting the problem in free form text so that someone can take care of it. I cannot simply call Customer Service because I'm bot hearing and speaking impaired. What would you suggest I do? Thanks for your help.
