I understand you have placed an order and you would like an update on your shipment.
If/when the seller adds tracking information to PayPal, this will be visible to you within the Activity section of your PayPal account.
However, keep in mind that once this was sent as a purchase, you will have 180-days of PayPal Buyer Protection.
