How do I remove a permanat account limitation?

I have no idea how to remove my accounts limitation. All the 'answers' I am getting are links to the user agreement, which doesn't necessarily help much, I know *at the time, like 2yrs ago* when making this account that I was underage. I don't remember or know   why I tried making one at the time.  I just want this issue resolved. The other form of "help" I'm getting is a email telling me to go to resolution centre, then to account limitations and then resolve issue, two of which I have found, the resolve issue doesn't show up at all. I even resulted in messaging Paypal, but that just resulted in being given information I already knew. So please help so I can resolve this issue. All I wanted to do is know how to resubmit documents *to confirm identity and age etc* to then undo the limitation.  I just want to be able to use Paypal freely without issues.

PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.

As you would be unable to verify your account it would be permanently locked for further use.
You would never be able to use that illegally opened underage account again but once 18 Paypal may allow you to open a new account. Opening a new account is not guaranteed as you have already broken their rules once so best check with customer services first.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

I am fully aware of all this information you have given me. As I said, I did use the live chat and they told me information I already knew. I have since made a new account, upon turning 18, only a mere few weeks ago, and haven't been able to use it as I can't remove my card on this one. That is because of the permantate limitation. Hence why I am asking for help to resolve this issue, but I’m not getting anywhere as I keep getting information I already know. Sorry to sound rude, but that's what happening. I’m not getting much help to resolve this and all I want to do is resolve it. I have already had enough issues as it is with paypal and would like to not keep having a negative and frustrating experience for something simple to resolve with the right help. So please, give me the right help to resolve this issue.

In your original post the only thing you asked was how to upload docs and resolve the limitation on your limited account.

So I told you that you could not do that but may be allowed to open another account.

If you 'knew all that' then why did you ask how to resolve a limited account that cannot be resolved !!!!

No where on your post does it ask how you remove a card from that account, if it did then I would have given you a different answer.

Unfortunately telepathy is not my forte.

Yes, I did ask how to resolve my limitation and how to reupload/upload docs *a I want to see if that somehow solves this whole thing, not sure*. I forgot to ask how to delete a card, but I figured out how, it just didn't let me as my account is limited. I’m sorry I forgot to mention that. I am also sorry for being rude, I didn't mean to come off as rude. I am just frustrated about this whole thing and constantly having issues with PayPal as a whole. So if you still want to try and help me, are you able to? If not, sorry for wasting your time and I’ll try to figure it out myself. Somehow.
