I have an unauthorised payment on my paypal account from WEBMAXX for $396. I did NOT authorise this, I know NOTHING about it and reported it and within 10 minute payapal respond to me saying it was authorised and thereforre they reject my claim. How can they do this? What have they checked in all of 10 minutes to be so sure and how can they tell me I authorised a payment when I did not! I have googled WEBMAXX and it looks like a scam.

Not all unauthorised payments are covered eg if you answer a spoof email and give away your paypal password for example, go read up on it in paypals user agreement to see if you can see why you were denied?
