How can I escalate the disputation against my buyer?

How can I escalate the disputation, I lose a dispute with my buyer and PayPal won't let me report this dispute again, I really need help because I am the victim here, I deliver the digital item that the customer ordered from me and he is at fault from sending his first payment to someone else and because of that he is blaming me for his action and that's why he reports a dispute against me, is there a way that I can still escalate this problem because PayPal already charged me even though I provide the full proof that I already deliver the digital item and I also would like to know why did PayPal go with the buyer even though the buyer is at fault 😞
