I have recently made a dispute that a transaction was unauthorized and ultimately I was refunded the money. A couple of days later, a family member said he made this transaction and wants me to cancel the dispute against the Seller since He was experiencing issues with his PayPal Account now. Can I help with the Seller's Issue? And How?
