Got scammed on a Website, Paypall doesnt help.

On 15.11.2022 I bought 9 pieces of Laminate flooring for a total of 225 euros on a website.
However, after the payment when I checked the invoice and contact details they didn't seem correct.
1 Day later tried to contact Paypal. They are unavailable through phone and the chat isnt cooperation for this case either.

After that I went to the resolution centre and choose the option " problems with the seller " and continued the steps.
Then after fulfilling al the steps I had to wait for a response from the seller!  When I specifically said and choose in the menu that it looks like fraud.
1 week later still no response from Paypal or the seller.

I changed the topic on my phone real quick and referred to the screenshots I attached in the previous case.
Then the case got rejected within 1 day because I didn't filled in the amount correctly and the quantity without any other explanation.
Are there actually people working at Paypal or are there only robots available?
The only thing I am asking for is to talk to a person so that together we can stop the scammer to prevent other victims.
+ the 225,- euros of course because I highly doubt that the seller is legit.

Please respond on this email and check everything properly.

Which dispute did you open?

Did you escalate to a claim or did it auto close?
