Getting unknown invoice from "Jewelz Cutz" which can't be cancelled, probable scam

This looks like a scam, receiving an invoice from an unknown company which appears to be "overdue" and with which I have not ever done any transaction with.

I tried to cancel it, though it keeps showing that I'm not the main account of the invoice, what is this?
Also, adding more fun to the story, being a weekend, can't call the Paypal center because it's open only Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, aaaand I have only 48 hours to cancel it or it will be definitive?

Either this is a Paypal glitch or some scammer found a new way of making money and scamming people !!!!

I'm not paying, either way, and Paypal must control their rules as you should either give an option to open a support ticket or leave phone support all 7 week days, it doesn't make sense to have a 48 hours limit and then not being able to contact Paypal because of their time frames

Sounds like a scam money request or invoice.

Scammers harvest email addresses and send out those requests hoping some email addresses are linked to paypal accounts and the unsuspecting recipient 'may' pay them not realising they are scams.

If there is a cancel option then cancel it, if not ignore it and hopefully it should time out at some point.

As long as you don't click to pay it then no money should be transferred.
