Hello, I have noticed a fraudulous transaction on my account yesterday, for which I immediatly raised a dispute. The transaction is for the amount of £179 and is a payment to a company called user Desert Online General Trading LLC. The "resolution" came in a few hours and it said that this transaction was authorised and so the money was debited from my account. I called Paypal to have information about the transaction. They simply said that it is a "subscription" that I would have started on March 5.2022. However, I have checked both my Paypal activity and my bank account for the month of March 2022, and I can see no transaction in relation with this company. I went online and checked their website and it is described as a Miscellaneous Nondurable Goods Merchant Wholesalers. They sell all kinds of things and do not offer subscriptions. Anyone knows what I can do to solve this case?
