I purchased an item on January 1st and I still have not received my item it has been 30 days and PayPal closed my case as if I didn’t order anything through them the transaction was to Lovell I didn’t know it was not a true website so I should get my money back or a chance to reopen my case

Did you order as a guest buyer via a card and not via logging in to your paypal account? Otherwise I don't understand paypal saying that you didn't order anything through them.
