I noticed some transactions that i never authorized in my Bank account, but i can't find them on my PayPal transactions. All the transactions have the same note/reason, which is "PayPal Eur52G2224XR7K7U". All periodically from March until this day. Then i cancelled my card, activated 2 factor authentication on PayPal with SMS and also disputed the transactions to my bank. Then after some days, they got money from me again! and when i contacted my bank again they said that it's a PayPal matter and they have nothing to do with it, but i still can't find any transaction on my PayPal activity. Resolution center requires a transaction ID which i don't have (because there is nothing in my activity) and calls and texts messages to the support are unreachable. Please help me on what to do next, because that's a lot of money for me. Thank you in advance.

If you bought something online with a debit or credit card and didn't log into your Paypal account then of course it won't show on that Paypal account because you bought as a guest buyer.
However your seller may have processed that payment using their Paypal 'card reader' and so Paypal would show on your bank or card statement.

You generally don't have Paypal buyer protection cover as a guest buyer but you can contact customer services and they may be able to assist you by reaching out to the seller for you.
So If you need help for a guest buyer transaction then you can;

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will help you.
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
