Forgot to add tracking info on time for return

Hi I disputed a transaction and only part of the item was sent so disputed and was asked to send back by today. Long story short had Covid for the last week and was very sick. Today the last day to return I asked my husband to send back and got tracking and photo, however I forgot to upload due to caring for sick kids also. Was about to upload tracking info just now and realised I missed out on the cut off time by about an hour. I already sent the item but the case is closed. Will I be getting a refund now? Soooo stressed.
