Do Emails count as digital proof of fulfilment?

Hello everyone! So recently my account has been limited due to my current sales, and I've been asked to provide 2 things: ID card (which is easy to do) And "Proof of fulfilment" That second one I'm not entirely sure what it means. For context, I sell custom digital illustrations to my clients (commissions) and send those privately to their emails (the same they use to pay my invoices) once I finish them. I don't have a website or main page since I do this as a hobby, and people usually just ask me on other platforms first, so communication isn't entirely done through email either. My main question is, Can I send a screenshot of those emails I send to my clients, as that "proof of fulfilment"? (Obviously showing both my email address as well as my clients for even further proof) Or do i need to send something else? Because I can't think of what other proof I could give, and I don't want to risk my account being further limited. Answers would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you so much for this info! Glad to know emails are indeed one of the suggested proofs of fulfilment
