Dispute - goods not provided and company applied for strike off - older than 180 days

Hello, I have made multiple purchases from company Sonner Toys since 2021. I still have 5 outstanding orders with them totalling £185.97 where the goods have not been provided but payment taken - all paid through Paypal. Sonner Toys have now applied to Company House for a “DS01 Application to Strike Off”. The orders/payments are outside the 180 days dispute window, what can I do to get my money back? Kind Regards Jack

Sadly you lost your Paypal buyer protection as you did not open a dispute before the 180 day cut off point.

Why did you wait so long? You should have filed a claim and got your refund, then if the items turned up its easy enough to just pay the seller again if you are happy with them.

Hello, Honestly I didn’t know a dispute would work that way. The company had always delivered previously so wasn’t a concern as most products would be pre-orders. Guess i’m out of luck then 😕

If you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then you could contact them for a chargeback if it is not outside their timescale as well.

Or small claims court action?
