Claim rejected Meta/hacked

My Facebook account was linked with Paypal. Today, my FB account got hacked and lots of unauthorized orders were made in business account / FB adds. Did a claim through Paypal but it was rejected:

"Thank you for reporting this case. After our review, we found that certain transactions weren't unauthorized and hence couldn't be covered by PayPal Purchase Protection."

How is this possible? I have all the business account history where it's possible to see all unauthorized movements but it's not possible to do anything because this case was closed.

What to do? It seems unfair because my account was scammed, money was taken and there is nothing that I could do?

Contact customer service and ask for another investigation of all the transactions (list the case IDs) by a human.

PayPal usually checks IP address, device(s), log in history, etc and if it doesn’t seem like anyone else accessed your acct, they deny claim(s).

Contact customer service:

https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us

Click “Message Us” or “Call Us” option on the bottom.

Or reach out to PayPal at Facebook or Twitter:

Twitter: @AskPayPal

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
