Can't get account verified as a terpene retailer and product formulation consulting company

I have tried a number of times to get verified, we have submited documents from our bank with all of the required information. 

We have even asked our bank to write a letter with our EIN and account numbers to verify we had a bank account.

I even integrated our bank account using the API. 

Please help!
