I sent my customer some puppy litter bands but forgot she requested specific colours. She contacted me for a replacement. I sent the correct colours out express and emailed her a postal label to return the others. I mistakenly didn't wait for the others to be returned. Its been a few weeks and she still hasn't posted them and is no longer responding to emails. Is there anything that I can do? I tried to open a claim on the transaction but it is telling me there was an error and to try again.

Sadly not, you can't force her to send them back.
