Buyer Protection

I wonder if someone could give me some information.  I have recently purchased a stand mixer for bread making.   The mixer has now developed a fault, can anyone tell me if I am covered with the buyer protection if I have problems with the repair/replacement of the food mixer.   Although advertised as commercial the machine actually runs on a domestic electricity supply and has been used purely for domestic baking at home.  I haven't yet heard from the seller but just in case, the information regarding Buyer Protection would be handy.  Would save wasting time if there is no grounds for a claim.  The information in the help section states that Industrial machinery is not covered by Buyer Protection.

PayPal Buyer Protection does not cover warranties which is what your situation falls under. But that doesn’t stop you from working it out with the seller or filing a chargeback with your card issuer if that’s how you paid within the deadline of your card issuer’s chargeback policies in case seller is not responding to you.
