Paypal has charged my account 3 times for $4781.00 for a product I canceled and never received back in February. Paypal refuses to credit it back because no one there knows what they are doing. The other merchant has responded several times and I have stating I never received the product the order was canceled and not to charge the account. They have also debited my bank account for this amount. Bad business
