Acquaintance's account falsely suspected and blocked after I sent him money

Hi! I Sent money to an acquaintance. His account was locked due to this on suspicion of fraud. How do I get my money back? This person isn't a merchant but an acquaintance. I am fine if his account is unlocked and money transferred to him as well.

As you are in India and presumably used the goods/services option to send the funds then open a dispute for non receipt of item that your friend does not challenge > put in what has happened and escalate to a claim and you should get your refund.
