[PLEASE URGENT] Account on hold and waiting for review. Is Paypal definitely gonna accept the request?

I received a payment but now that my account is on hold and under review, is Paypal definitely going to accept it and bring my account to normal so I can receive my funds? The call center is inactive just now and theres no question about this here at all or sorry if I missed it.

Sorry, your guess is as good as ours, only customer services can answer your question.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
