Account limited, no response from PayPal?

Hi everyone, 

I have been using PayPal since one year, however, I haven't been able to get in touch with human customer support to get rid of any issues raised. 

My account has been limited since 3 months, I tried my best to get rid of the limitation and provided all the documents and information that PayPal asked me for to resolve the issue, I did so many times with no response from PayPal, and it always says ( Thanks for providing the required information - we will get back to you withing 7 days), but PayPal hasn't got back to me even once and my account remained limited for a long time now. 

 

I provided PayPal all the required information many times, but it didn't work. 

 

Please let me know how to solve this issuer and/or how to get in touch with human customer support.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
