Hello. Almost three years ago I created a PayPal account. After receiving a payment from work, I wanted to transfer money to a colleague. Paypal immediately restricted my account by requesting documents. I delivered them, but my profile was immediately limited to 180 days. It's been almost three years and I still don't have access to my funds. What's happening?
