My account was limited for no good reason just wake up and see my new account have been limited fully i can no longer use PayPal that i try unlinking my card and yet dey dont let me please how do i go about unlinking my card from this account
Sadly you can't close a permanently limited account and Paypal limits it to stop you removing anything from it. They don't want you to be able to use anything linked to it to try and open another Paypal account.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
