Account disabled, but money was sent to the account with it not showing up, what do I do now?

Hello so my paypal account got disabled recently, but I was trying to redeem some of my money on a gambling site and the gambling site had accidentally sent the money to my paypal account, I cannot see any of the balance on the account but when I contacted the gambling site about it they told me that the money had been already sent from their behalf and that I would need to contact paypal, but every time I try send a message to them there is no right topic to pick and I only get the automated messages back explaining policies.

“Disabled” as in, a permanent limitation (can’t use account anymore) or a temporary limitation?
1. https://www.paypal.com/ie/smarthelp/contact-us
2. Click Feedback and formal complaints
3. Choose the topic closest; like maybe “Limitation on my account” or “PayPal Policy/Product feature”
4. Click “Call Us” option on the bottom.
5. Click “call us as guest”.
6. Call the customer service number, observing their business hours.
