Successfully creating a Sandbox Account but Accounts List remains empty

I created a Sandbox account to test the REST api methods. I received a green message saying the account was created succesfully, but I still got 0 sandbox account visible in the same page list. When I open the Testing Tools -> Sandbox Accounts page I get many console errors as: "xhr.js:220
GET https://developer.paypal.com/dashboard/api/accounts 500 (Internal Server Error)"

No matter how many time I wait or how many accounts "successfully created" I create, my Sandbox Account list remains empty.

Upon reviewing your concern regarding the account creation process, I have attempted to replicate the issue on my end.

 

In order to troubleshoot this further, I kindly request that you clear the cache and cookies in your web browser. This will help ensure that any stored data or temporary files are removed, which may be causing the issue. Once you have completed this step, please try creating the sandbox account again.

 

If you are still facing issues, please create an MTS ticket via - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US  with the detailed information and error details.
