Shopify Reference Transactions Enabled?

Peace, 
I need help enabling Reference Transactions for my Shopify site. I saw that a previous search displayed someone in a sandbox mode having existing access. 
What is required to enable this feature? Whom do I reach out to?

Hello,

For sandbox accounts, if referenced transactions are not enabled, I can enable them if you share the merchant id for the sandbox account. Details on how to retrieve the merchant id can be found in the thread pinned to the top of this forum titled "how to report a sandbox issue".
