Cloud you please help to create a sftp user in sandbox?

hello,I'd like to create a sftp user in sandbox for testing "case report"(dispute report)  download? But I don't have sFTP access on my account. Would you please help to enable sFTP access on my account.

The Merchant Id of my sandbox account is: JZYWDW7KBSGMN
and I want to generate case report (dispute report).  Expecting a reply. tanks a lot

Hello,

The merchant id provided "JZYWDW7KBSGMN" doesn't belong to a sandbox business account. Please login to the sandbox business account in which you want sFTP reporting enabled and check the "account settings" > "business information" section.

You should see the merchant id for the sandbox account displayed there. Share the merchant id for the sandbox account and we can enable sFTP reporting and subscribe the account to the dispute report.
