Why are my requested activity statements forever "in progress"?

Why are my requested activity statements forever "in progress"? It's been longer than the 5 business days they tell us it takes, so what's the hold up? Totally outrageous. I need the information now.

I understand your concern about the requested statements which are in progress. Depending on the server load, download logs can take up to 5 business days to generate. As it is more than 5 business days, I recommend you to contact the "Support Team" to get this checked further.
