Sales Insights report isn't available?

Sales Insights report isn't available. 
I use this report tool on a daily basis. especially comparing to previous year. 
The data for current year isn't available yesterday and today. The previous year is still showing. 
Anyone knows what's going on?

If you're still having issues, you can contact our Customer Support Team through the available contact options on our website so that our representatives can take down your account-specific information and add it to the records so that our concerned team can look into it and resolve the issue since it is persisting issue. same problem - no data available past 22 Dec 2023

it fixed itself, and then the problem appeared again. It happens sometimes. 

I recommend that when it happens you check the insight report later or the next day. Not ideal, but I found that the data simply appears again after awhile.
