The transaction details can be retrieved from your financial statement of you're PayPal account . You can download a report of your transaction activity for up to the past 7 years into PDF, Quicken, QuickBooks, or as a CSV or TAB file. Kindly refer to this article which will help in retrieving your transactional statement https://www.paypal.com/us/cshelp/article/how-do-i-view-and-download-statements-and-reports-help145 for a particular period of time. For any additional assistance request you to kindly reach out to our customer support team to know what can be done next or to get an understanding of the possible solution to the issue raised. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login into your PayPal account do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest".
