So i just tried to buy a product, I logged into paypal and everything since i was going to pay using it. I pressed pay now, and it said i was unable to purchase with my current card. I was confused so i just pressed pay now thinking maybe its a glitch. Nope, it didnt go through again so i quit trying. Now im looking at my bank account and I have 2 of the same charges for this product and it says paypal. I dont understand how that happened because apparantly it never went through. I went to my paypal app and the transaction does not appear there, only in my bank. What do i do?
