from 2017-2018 transaction download blank

Hello, 

I tried to get a history of all of my transactions from July 2017-2018. However, When I go to activity> date range etc and create a report, it comes up blank (as shown). 

I have paypal transactions occurring through my bank statements, but i wanted paypal transactions to show what items I had paid for. 


Any help would be greatly appreciated,
