Where can I access the transactions on my paypal balance?

Hi  Where can I access the transactions (activity) on my PayPal Balance (cash)?  I don't think the balance is correct, there is money missing.

How do I view and download statements and reports?

Be sure to select Balance Affecting for the Transaction Type in the report parameters.
