WTF ??? is this bad request ?? comming up when i try to see my paypal mastercard statement ??

It shows  '' Bad request ''  and something about browser ,, WHY can i NOT see my statement?? I can i see my paypal master card statement?? WTF is going on ?? 2 months ago it was fine / 3 months ago it was fine / 5 months ago it was fine its NOT my device
