Statements not working?

Been able to download all transactions previously, but now when I select the option in Custom statements, all I get is basic data. All I'm after is my total fees paid to PayPal in month?

Further detail... Only see custom reports, and the three options all give the same short report... Purchases only! Any idea how to fix?

Did you guys ever figure out how to fix this? I still can't access the Custom Statements Option either! It disappeared! Thank you!
