I am an international student in NYC. I want to star an eBay account then sell some open box or new items that I have at home (get rid of them). eBay customer service told me to contact Paypal regarding 1099. Am I going to receive a 1099 and pay taxes at the end of the year if I sell my items on eBay with Paypal?
