I'm new to using PayPal for my Wix Web site. How or does PayPal automatically add sales tax to a sale? In Etsy the application automatically adds the correct sale tax for a state and then Etsy submits it to the state. I don't have to interact with the sale tax process. Is this true for PayPal?
