It all started when some accounts with no ratings began making offers to buy outside of ebay (and sometimes for more than I was selling it for). They were obviously scammers so I ignored them. Someone at ebay/paypal decided to penalize me. I explained this to them and the first time I spoke with them on the phone they told me the limitation would be lifted in 2 days. Called them in two days then they told me to wait until the end of the day. Called the next day and now they're telling me to ship it first without using the shipping label from eBay. I've sold before on eBay and never had this problem. Selling on Amazon is terrible which is why I switch to eBay. Should I just give up?
