Hello,
I have my PayPal transaction automatically downloaded to my Quick Books Online program, just as a checking account would. My bookkeeper is asking me this question:
I want to see if there is a setting in PayPal that will allows you to set up an expense for Out of Scope/Out of State sales tax payments that get deducted from your Paypal bank account. Right now, all of those payments are going to "Uncategorized Expenses" when they are paid. I want to see if we can map them to another expense account, Sales Taxes - Out of State. I will set it up in QBO.
Is there anyone out there who also uses Quick Books on line who can answer this?
Thanks, Megan
