Hi I woke up today ready package some orders to find that all my transactions from end of may until this morning just disappeared. Money is still in account but cant see any transactions to ship. Tried calling cant wait 2 hrs for a call back and get bad service any ideas on how to fix? Thanks
I have the same issue. My phone bleeped to alert me to 3 sales but when I went to check all 3 have gone missing? Now my recent activity starts from a month ago and has loads missing. I now don’t know who has ordered or what they have ordered?
Yes I have over 100 transactions missing now that I cant send out. Also i just added 6 tracking numbers and now they are missing. Had my wife call they wouldn't tell her anything and I can't call until I get home from work in the morning.
