Changing CRS Information

Hi,

I got interrupted while answering the 'tax residency' information for my new business account required for CRS. When I came back to the computer, I only got the "Certify and submit info for CRS" screen, I must have clicked on one of the answers for the tax question by accident. Problem is I can't find a way to get back to the question. There is no cancel option that I can see, logging in/out didn't help, I even waited a day - whenever I go to the "provide more information" link in the notification screen, I can only confirm.

How can I cancel my potentially incorrect answer, and be able to answer it again properly?

Hi,

I opened a ticket, was told that the issue was escalated, and never heard anything else. In the end I opened a new account, and closed the old one 😞
