Cannot acces activity folder

Hi. I don't know when it started, but I cannot access Activity folder. https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/transactions/?free_text_search=&account_subscription_type=ALL&filte... 

The page content is disabled (grayed), rotating circle is in the centre of the screen, but it seems that the response is complete. Cannot click mouse anywhere but in above menu to other folders.

It's not browser-related, I tried chrome, IE, Edge, all the same.

Does anybody have the same problem ? Thanks
