Activity Page Goes Blank After 1 Search

Using Windows 10 and both Firefox and Chrome browsers:

I am trying to find all transactions I have with one business. I click on the Activity tab and type in the business name in the search box and change the category to Business Name from the drop down list. I also change the date range to the last 3 months.

 

Note that I am copying the business name directly from a transaction already showing on this page. When I enter the search, I get zero results (which alone is strange). Once this first search is performed, the Activity page goes blank. No matter what I've tried doing, I can't seem to restore this page --in fact, closing the browser and all instances, re-opening the browser and logging back in, the Activity page is STILL blank! Please help!!!

I have also tried the Edge browser with the same results. In fact, if I go to the Activity page and simply select 1 transaction to view, clicking on the "Return to Activity Page" link at the top, I am returned to a very blank activity page! I have also tried clearing my browser cache in Firefox with no change.
