I belong to a photographic society that runs an annual photographic exhibition. Basically, photographers from around the world submit images to be judged in the hope that they will be one of the 25% or so images that are accepted for the exhibition, for which they pay an entry fee through PayPal. There are many such exhibitions worldwide and I have heard this weekend of one disgruntled entrant in another exhibition who had none of his images accepted, so claimed all of his entry fee back through PayPal. Is there any way that this kind of "claw back" can be blocked so that someone aggrieved that their images weren't to the selectors liking, can't just go back into PayPal and get their money back?
