I received and activated a paypal cashback mastercard yesterday. Both
the automated activation, and the papers that came with the card, said
it would be automatically linked to my paypal account. But as far as I
can tell this has not happened. It does not show up in my Wallet or
anywhere else.
Which makes me wonder if it got linked to someone else's account? I
hope/suppose not, but how can I know? Do I just have to do the usual
process to link the card and hope nothing is wrong? Thanks.
P.S. I could find no way to ask paypal this question, or any
account-related question. The automated Assistant could not begin to
understand what I was saying. The Resolution Center requires a specific
transaction and only allows certain actions to be taken. PayPal has no
actual customer support?
