How do I fix being charged 2X on my Pay in 4 when checking out?

I was checking out online trying to buy an item. I clicked the pay in 4, and they went ahead and charged my card. However it did not move forward, so I had to click it all again. Not I got charged for the first payment on my Pay in 4, 2 times. What do I do??
